CFS Membership: This retreat is open to all homeschooling moms! In fact, a large number of our attendees come from outside CFS. However, for liability purposes, all non-CFS members must join CFS as an associate member ($20). There are no extra requirements as a member of CFS, and your information is not shared with anyone outside of our group, however, membership does allow you to participate in all of our other field trips and events. Win-win!
IMPORTANT! We will send out retreat information via email, so please be sure to enter your email correctly, and check for updates as the retreat gets closer! Emails will come from [email protected]
Retreat Info, including packing list and directions, will be sent by December 15th, 2025.
A note on refunds: Because most of our retreat expenses are paid out weeks in advance, we can only allow full refunds up until TWO WEEKS prior to the retreat. After two weeks, we strongly encourage you to find someone to purchase your spot from you. We are happy to reach out to waitlist ladies on your behalf. We're sorry for any inconveniences this may cause.
ROOMMATE INFO:
We have a few rooms that can accommodate roommates.
Please keep in mind that most of these rooms include a queen and a bunk (twin/twin or twin/full). These are nicer bunk beds (NOT your traditional plastic wrapped camp bunks), but if you choose to bunk with 3 or more ladies, you may have a top bunk or be sharing a queen. Totally fine with us! Just be sure it's fine with YOU!
For those who prefer a roommate, please follow these instructions:
1. Submit your registration but DO NOT PAY immediately.
2. If your registration goes through, it means you have secured a room, but not necessarily one with multiple beds.
3. Email [email protected] to confirm a double occupancy room.
4. Once confirmed (which should be fairly quick), you will receive a link to the payment page. Make sure to select "Double Occupancy Rate."
IMPORTANT NOTE: Only ONE roommate needs to secure a room before registration fills. Additional roommates can register after - there is no rush for them. We will send them a private link to fill out.
- Single Occupancy = $220
- Double Occupancy = $180 (2 or more ladies per room)
- Saturday Only = $65

- RV hookups (electric) - $150/person
- Set up a cot or air mattress in the Lower Lodge (large shared room with shared bathroom) - $120/person
- Tent camping - $110/person
