WELCOME!
Whether you're new to homeschooling or are a seasoned veteran, we'd love to meet you and encourage you on this journey.  And if you're still considering whether or not to homeschool, we're here to help you and answer any questions you may have about this vitally important decision regarding your children's education and discipleship.  We believe that as you prayerfully consider homeschooling, you'll find (as we have) that it is one of the most rewarding and spiritually enriching investments you could ever make for your family and for the Kingdom.

You are welcome to visit us at one of our Family Fellowships, held on the second weekend of each month from September through May.  It's a great opportunity to fellowship with other families and find out more about our group.  Please visit us at www.cfsrb.org to learn more about us and to join our group.

OUR VISION
The vision of CFS RB is to encourage and equip Christian families in their God-given responsibilities to educate their children with a Biblical worldview for the glory of God. We exist to provide fellowship, encouragement, and resources to privately homeschooling Christian families with a special emphasis on encouraging fathers to lead their families, mentoring youth as they prepare for adulthood, and having families fellowship together.

WHAT WE OFFER
  • Family Fellowship (2nd weekend of the month): A time to fellowship together as families, get updates on the group, and enjoy a family activity (e.g., potluck, games, movie, worship/prayer, etc.). This is our version of "Park Day" so that more dads have the option of joining us.
  • Dads' Den (4th Saturday of the month): A special time for dads and their children to gather together for activities from sports to camping to service projects. Men also receive encouragement and equipping as they lead their families. 
  • Moms' Night Out: (3rd Tuesday of the month): Where moms can share their joys and struggles and receive encouragement for the homeschooling journey.  Different topics are covered each month, from sharing holiday traditions to ideas for homeschooling struggling learners.
  • Field Trips
  • Workshops: Providing resources and equipping parents in their homeschooling journey (e.g., Intro to Homeschooling, Legal Documents Required for Homeschooling, Homeschooling through High School, etc.)
  • Special Events (e.g., Christmas Celebration, Showcase -- a talent program and academic fair, Craft Fair for Young Entrepreneurs, etc.)
  • Yearbook

Family Fellowship: You are invited to join us whether you're a member or not!
