We are Christian, Bible-believing parents who regard our children as gifts from God. We have chosen home education as a means of fulfilling our responsibility to train our children in the ways of the Lord. The CFS Poway Board is comprised of privately home schooling parents who volunteer their time to provide leadership to the organization. The board meets monthly to discuss activities, classes and services as well as the group's policies and issues. We exist primarily to support privately homeschooling families, but families who homeschool through a charter or other public school are also able to join our group. And all thy children shall be taught of the Lord; and great shall be the peace of thy children. - Isaiah 54:13

We meet at Silverset Park (14795 Silverset St) - generally on the 1st Friday of the month from September through May at 12:00 PM. If it is raining, Park day is cancelled until the following month. You do not have to be a member to attend park day. We generally have at least one activity for the children and it is a great way to meet other homeschooling parents.
