We are a new park group for the Mountain Empire area. Our primary goal is a support system of parents who choose home education for their children. Our goal is to serve the Lord by helping other families who have chosen the path of private home education. We desire to build lasting friendships for our children. We partner together to gain wisdom, knowledge, understanding and encouragement through meetings and fellowship. We wish to enhance the home school by providing opportunities for our children to develop friendships, character, strong family values, and educational standards. We hope to accomplish this through activities, field trips and park group.
Come and check us out. We meet at the park at 10am on the first Friday of the month. While we are there, we go over upcoming events and allow sharing opportunities for the children to show what they have learned at school each month. If the weather is too cold or rainy we will meet at the Pine Valley Community Church.
We are so excited to already have such a great group of people ready to serve together to meet the needs of moms and children! Mary Aragon and Tina Lovio co-Lead this group. Thanks ladies for stepping up to help make our group great!!
Field trips are open to all participants of Park Day, and generally, all ages are welcome to attend. We do, however, need a count of everyone wishing to attend. Each park day will have sign-up sheets for upcoming events. Please make sure you sign up each person planning on attending and make any payments necessary. There is limited space for some field trips.
Please arrive at all events 15 minutes prior to scheduled start time. Remember to review the Field Trip Guidelines. Above all, have FUN!

We meet on the first Friday of each month at 10 AM. We meet at the Pine Valley park. When the weather is cold or rainy we will go to the Pine Valley Community Church. Each family contributes $5 towards the end of the year showcase and potluck.
