If you are a current CFS County member, you can fill out the form below and request the CFS Group Discount number to receive a discount on your HSLDA yearly membership.

Enter your email address and name.  In the subject line, enter "Need HSLDA Discount Number".  In the body of the message, include your zip code.  You can optionally add other messages to communicate in the body of the message also.
